Protector Plus License Agreement. By installing this software, you are confirming that you have read the license agreement and that you accept all provisions and covenants contained therein in toto, which includes the Software License, Limited Warranty and Liability and their Acknowledgement thereof. Terms of this agreement This is a Legal Agreement between you, the end-user, and Proland Software. Through this License Agreement, Proland Software grants you a non-exclusive paid up License to use the anti-virus software herein after referred to as Protector Plus. The software is supplied in Directly Executable forms to load them straight into the computer, ready for use. Protector Plus contains valuable trade secrets embodying the creative efforts, copyrighted and copyrightable materials, confidential ideas, information and expressions. No part of the software or documentation may be reproduced wholly or in part, either on a single machine or on interconnected systems, save for the purposes of back up. Unless otherwise stated in the licence issued by us, Protector Plus is to be used on a single machine at any given time. Concurrent use of the software on multiple number machines is not permitted unless expressly stated in the licence issued to you. You may not replicate, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or use the software or parts of it to create or use in any other product. Protector Plus is supplied on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied including without limitation, implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Proland Software nor it’s agents shall be held responsible for loss, damage, cost or expense arising out the use of Protector Plus. Neither Proland Software, nor any other authorized individual or organization or agent involved in the design, manufacture and distribution of Protector Plus shall be held liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or benefits, resulting from the use of the said software. In no event will Proland Software be liable for any damages in excess of the amount received by you for the licence to the use of Protector Plus Transferring possession of any copy of Protector Plus to another party will automatically terminate your Licenselicense. The license is effective until terminated. Contravention of any of the terms set out in this agreement would result in the license being revoked, automatically. All rights arising and accruing from ownership of the said software Protector Plus, are vested with Proland Software, exclusively. These include title, intellectual property rights and any other right not specified herein, but shall be deemed to accrue from ownership of the software. You accept that you have read the agreement, understood and agreed to all the conditions laid out therein. You further agree that it is a complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us, and supersedes any other offer, proposal or prior agreement, oral or written and by any other means of communication between us, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
